Timber roof trusses are the most common form of framing within the UK market as they are the most cost effective way to build a roof.
Manufactured offsite in factory controlled conditions, roof trusses are a flexible, practical and easy to install option, which in turn saves you time on site and as trusses use up to 40% less timber than traditional framing they could actually reduce your overall costs.
There are a wide variety of truss configurations allowing for a huge range of different applications, such as room in the roof (attic) trusses, raised ceiling trusses, and scissor trusses.
We offer a complete roof package, which consists of the following items:

- Packs are transported so they can be easily offloaded by crane

Lead Times
Current lead times for our standard roof truss service is 1-2 weeks from clients approval.
Premium Service
We also offer a premium service, which allows your order to be fast tracked through our production facility. The lead times for the premium service are 5 working days from receipt of clients approval.
Supply & Fit Service
At Timber Frame Technology UK Ltd we offer a supply and fit service on our roof truss packages. The lead times are 4-6 weeks from point of order and design approval which is subject to availability.
