Metal Press Web Posi Joists
The design of our Posi joist combines the lightness of timber with the strength of the Posi-Strut steel web to produce a floor and roof system (Posi Rafters), which allows you to span a far greater distance than would be possible with an alternative timber product.
The benefit of using the Posi joist within your build is that it provides you with easy access for the installation and maintenance of services in the floor zone, as this would not be possible with a solid timber product.

We offer a complete joist package, which consists of the following items:

- Rim boards & trimmers
- 22mm chipboard flooring & adhesive
- All metalwork
Fabrication & Transport
- Manufactured to meet your delivery schedule
- Packs are labelled to ease the installation process
- Drawings/layouts to be issued with each delivery
- Packs are transported so they can be easily offloaded by crane
Floor & Roof Cassettes
Metal press web Posi joist cassettes are becoming a popular choice as they can improve on site safety along with reducing construction time. All cassettes are manufactured through a controlled factory environment, ensuring consistent quality every time.
Each specifically designed cassette is manufactured with lifting straps attached, which ensures safe lifting for both transportation and site installation.

Lead Times
The current lead times for our standard Posi joists is 5-7 working days from clients approval.
Premium Service
We also offer a premium service, which allows your order to be fast tracked through our production facility. The lead times for the premium service are 3-5 working days from receipt of clients approval.
Supply & Fit Service
At Timber Frame Technology UK Ltd we offer a supply and fit service on our Posi joist packages. The lead times are 4-6 weeks from point of order and design approval which is subject to availability.
