During 2018, we were instructed by a local developer to design and engineer a structural timber frame solution on a supply only basis.
The solution included the following components:
- External walls
- Internal walls
- Party walls
- Intermediate floors
- Attic trusses
- Spandrel panels
- Gable wall panels
- Dormers
The client came to us as they wanted a local company who could meet their individual needs and timescales. The client confirmed that they had a deadline which must be met to ensure they maximized their investment and return.
We managed to complete this project within the timescales set, ensuring there were no delays in delivering the timber frame components to site.
